♥ More things learned
Today is my second time meeting up with Jeanie, learnt quite a lot of things again hehehe time to share;
1) Doing squats will be good for our spinal cord best is to do 50times a per day
2) Best timing to eat will be within 30mins after you exercise if not ur body will go into starvation mode (30mins after exercise do not eat is a shitty myth and i'm a fool to follow it zzzz)
3) Learned a new type of safe and effective skipping call fighter skipping, its damn tiring after i do like for 3mins but its even more effective than i jog for 45mins hmmm she gave me a training schedule i must really follow in order to be as fit as her, Guys out there i can 100% guarantee you that you are not as fit as Jeanie
4) At night best is not to eat carbs but if really no choice do sleep after 3hrs to burn it off
5) A person's craving is based on the person's health, if a person is very tired and sleepy he/she will tends to crave for sweet stuffs, if a person is exercising and active he/she will tends to crave for salty and fried food. A person tends to crave for something that its used to example if that person usually eats fried food it will tends to crave for it, so the best way is to snack and eat more fruits and vegetables and low fat food once ur body adapts to it, its healthy living ^^v but usually its easier said than done hahahaha
After today's training i feel i'm really not healthy and fit at all, haizzz i couldn't even complete the training zzzz NO i MUST and i CAN do it hope i can complete the whole circuit within 1mth wish me luck!!!!
