♥ Motivated
Was super tired this morning again cause i didn't manage to sleep through peacefully the night. I didn't know what I'm stressing about which is causing my sleeping disorder maybe i should take some cold medicine to replace my sleeping pills tonight.
The only excitment that i had for today is meeting Jeanie. She taught me quite a lot of things today on how to go about with my slimming and i was quite motivated by her. Some important points to take note;
1) drink more water average 2 to 2.5 litres per day
2) take supplements like Vit A, C, E, Iron (can be replace by beef) and Evening primerose
3) eat more chicken breast, turkey breast, lean meat and Fish
4) Most Importantly eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables
5) If eating fried food DO NOT drink cold water, you can drink chinese tea to wash down the oil
6) In order to burn a 300 calories of chocolate i need to jog 60mins therefore conclusion is no chocolates, but if i want to indulge the most is one cube of chocolate per day
7) I can eat if i want to but most importantly must do exercise to burn the excess calories
8) eat 5 small meals a day to keep my body's metabolism running
9) keep a food log to jot down what i ate every day
Hmmmmm that's what i can remember for now, this sunday I'll be meeting her to know more stuffs muhahahaha, hope that i can achieve the perfect body in 4 to 6 months time. Wish me luck!!!!!
