♥ Dieting

Been slacking a lot these few weeks cause everyday i feel so tired zzzz.
But must change le and cannot be too nua, must start my diet and exercise routine le.
If not my health will get worse as well as my weight zzzzz.
Even though Pak say he don't mind but i personally do mind alot.

First step is to go hot yoga, follow by cutting down on unhealthy fooood.
So long KFC, so long fried chicken wing, so long Bubble tea (=_=)

Nw my weight is 67kgs, hope 2weeks later it will be 66kgs, my target will be 2kgs per mth hope by chinese new yr i can slim 10kgs. I can de lah but i whether i want a not i determine a not zzzz.....
